As State Licensed Landscape Architect (LLA), Mr. Mistretta has experience in the preparation of a County wide Parks Master Plan, natural resource inventories, construction management and oversight of park improvements, the preparation of construction specification and details, landscape plans, and tree management surveys. Mr. Mistretta has a strong interest in the preservation of our State’s forested natural resources and critical native habitats.

Harbor Consultants has worked on obtaining a number of Memorandum’s of Understanding (MOU’s), Judgement of Repose (JOR’s) and Mid-Point Reviews.
