Harbor Consultants is an expert in navigating the complex affordable housing regulations of New Jersey. Harbor Consultants represents fourteen (14) municipalities across New Jersey. With our team of Affordable Housing Experts and Licensed Professional Planners in the State of New Jersey, Harbor Consultants has represented municipalities at Fairness Hearings, Compliance Hearings, Trials, and has negotiated numerous settlement agreements with intervening developers, the Fair Share Housing Center, special master’s and municipal governing bodies.
